Jane's original 1972 book (left) has been coveted by knitters in the know for over three decades, regularly selling on internet sites for huge sums. Now Jane's superb collection of original vintage patterns and her unmatched knowledge of 20th century fashion have been given new life by designer and knitter Susan Crawford.

After the show-stopping Stitch in Time fashion show at I Knit Day earlier this year the anticipation for this book reached fever pitch - make sure you get yours!

IKL will be open from 11am on the day and the event is FREE.

Join us to celebrate the book launch, get your own copy signd by both Jane and Susan and hear their own stories of how the new collection came together. You'll also be able to see some of the garments from the book and put your feet up with some vintage tunes from Jenny of The Shellac Sisters.
